Timothy J. Gambino-- Superintendent

Tim Gambino earned a BS in Elementary Education from Evangel University (Springfield, Missouri) and a MA in Guidance and Counseling and an EdS Degree in School Administration from Eastern Michigan University. He taught in the Van Buren Public School District for 12 years prior to coming to Brightmoor Christian Church in 1982. From 1982 until 1986, he served as the Christian Education Director of the church. In 1986 he started Franklin Road Christian School under the pastorate of Thomas E. Trask, then Pastor of Brightmoor Tabernacle. Since that time he has served as the Superintendent of Franklin Road Christian School. |

Charlotte Alex -- Director of Development

Charlotte Alex is a graduate of Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. She earned her B.A. in Speech Communication, graduating with honors in 1990. For 9 years, Charlotte worked in Chicago, IL in professional sales. She earned several sales achievement awards at AT&T, where she was a senior account executive. The following four years were spent at Gartner, Inc., a technology consulting firm, where Charlotte built a new technology vendor national account program. After enjoying 8 years at home with her three children, Charlotte came to Franklin Road Christian School in 2007. She works in Marketing and Communications, Admissions, Alumni Relations, and Fundraising. |

Glynn Blackwell - Athletic Director

Glynn Blackwell earned his B.A. in Program Management, specializing in Athletics and Recreation, from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, in 1989. Upon graduation, Glynn pursued his basketball career with the NBA on the Seattle Supersonics team. After being released, Glynn traveled through Europe, playing professional basketball in Turkey and Greece. From 1992 through 1995, Glynn served a mayoral appointment as Deputy Director of Parks and Recreation in Highland Park, Michigan. From 1995 through 1998, Glynn traveled abroad once again to pursue the game of basketball in Mexico, the Philippines, Cyprus, and Estonia.
Glynn worked for the Highland Park School District as the Student Assistant Coordinator and After-School Coordinator for the program, PROJECT LINK, from 1998 through 2002. There he was responsible for developing an extensive after-school program for both sports and academic enrichment.
From 2002 through 2007, Glynn served as the Assistant to the Athletic Director at Faith Christian Academy, a ministry of Word of Faith International Christian Center. Glynn is a licensed and ordained minister of the gospel, seeking passionately to connect sports and ministry, for the glory of God.
Glynn now serves as Athletic Director of Franklin Road Christian School, developing a complete K-12 competitive sports program. Glynn and his wife, Jillian, are happily married, and have three sons: Mackenzy, Johnathan, and Robert Gabriel. |

Audra Brockway -- Elementary Athletics Coordinator

Audra Brockway graduated from Eastern Michigan University, Ypsilanti, MI, in 1988 with a B.S. in Psychology and Interpersonal Communication as a dual major. Upon graduation Audra worked as an Account Manager for The Discovery Channel/The Learning Channel in their sales office in Troy, MI. Audra has moved all over the country with her husband Jamie as his career called for. They returned to the Detroit area in 2006 and live in the Milford area. She has participated in competitive sports since playing on her high school basketball and swim teams. She is now the Elementary Athletic Coordinator for Franklin Road Christian School. She also serves as a Director of her son, Jamie’s, AAU basketball team, Judges Court Club.

Hilary Cregg -- Administrative Assistant

Hilary Cregg graduated from the Dorset House School of Occupational Therapy, Oxford, England, in 1983 with a Diploma in Occupational Therapy. She worked for the Sheffield Health Authority, England for seven years, working in a wide range of different medical fields. She moved to America with her family in 1995 and started working part time at FRCS in September 1998 as a Kindergarten Assistant. In September 1999 she became full time, continuing to work in Kindergarten and as the Supplies and Curriculum Coordinator. In October 2007, Hilary became Administrative Assistant to Pastor Tim Gambino. |

Kathy Deason -- Elementary Secretary

Kathy Deason has been at FRCS since August 2003. She works in the elementary office and assists the Elementary Principal, Stacy Holleman. Two of Kathy's five children have graduated from FRCS and three of her grandchildren currently attend the school. She is a graduate of Mercy College of Detroit and is a registered nurse but enjoys working with the students and parents of FRCS the most. |

Donna Hicks -- Middle School/High School Secretary

Donna Hicks is the Middle School/High School secretary. She graduated from Southwestern Assemblies of God University with an Associate of Arts degree. She has worked as a secretary for over twelve years. Donna is married to Pastor Jimmy Hicks, Children's Pastor at Brightmoor Christian Church. Donna and Pastor Jimmy have three girls, all students at Franklin Road Christian: Alexandra, Adrian, and Audrey.

Stacy Holleman -- Elementary Principal

Stacy Holleman received her B.S. in Elementary Education from Western Michigan University in December 1991 and her M.A. in Educational Administration from University of Detroit Mercy in August 1996. She has been a Detroit Public School teacher for 5 years, in addition to being an administrator at Scripp Elementary School in Detroit, Michigan. She joined the Franklin Road Christian School staff in January 2005 after being home for 5 1/2 years with her children. She is the Elementary Principal, and administrator overseeing PTF and high school student activities. |

Delilah Hutton -- Counselor

Delilah Hutton is a graduate of Liberty University. She earned her BS in Business Administration and is certified through ACSI. Mrs. Hutton has been working in the educational field since 1981. She came to FRCS in the fall 1999 to teach business and computer classes and in the fall of 2003 became the school counselor. Mrs. Hutton administers all Admissions for FRCS. |

Nancy Mautz -- Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF)

Nancy Mautz is a graduate of William Tyndale College, Famington Hills, MI. She earned her B.A. in Christian Education, graduating with honors in 1990. Nancy has worked in Youth and Children's Ministries as a teacher and coordinator of various areas for twenty years. Nancy has been an active volunteer at FRCS since 1997. After being home with her children for 8 years, she joined the FRCS staff in 2001 as part-time office aide. In 2002 she was again home with the arrival of her younger two children. In 2007 she began working part-time at FRCS as a substitute teacher and PTF Director. In 2008 she added supplies and curriculum coordinator to her responsibilities.

Vincent Montoro -- Middle School/High School Principal

Vincent Montoro has earned a BA in Biblical Studies (ministry and theology) from Central Bible College, a MA in Christian Thought (theology and history) from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and a MS in Education (curriculum and instruction) from Concordia University, Wisconsin. He is presently a PhD student in leadership at Andrews University. He has been involved in educational ministry since 1987. He has been ministering at Christian schools since 1993 and has been at FRCS since 1997. Mr. Montoro enjoys running, biking, xc skiing, and other forms of physical fitness. He believes that the main purpose of education is to help conform people into the Image of Christ. He has taught as an adjunct professor at William Tyndale College in its Christian studies and humanities departments and has presented workshops for educators at various teacher conferences throughout Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. |

Kathy Ramos -- Elementary Secretary

Kathy Ramos has been with FRCS since October1999. She works in the elementary office as the elementary secretary and also assists the MS/HS Principal, Mr. Montoro. Kathy organizes and heads up a variety of responsibilities including fire drills, tornado drills, lockdown drills and our crisis team. She also organizes of our fall and winter open houses and is co-sponsor for our class of 2009. Kathy lives in Farmington Hills with her husband Ruben and 3 children: Justin (FRCS class of 2004), Jordan (FRCS Class of 2009),and Brittany, who also attends FRCS. |

Susie Setsuda -- Athletic Department Administrative Assistant

Susie Setsuda graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Her work experience includes many positions including that of business owner of a business services company. Susie has served in several volunteer leadership positions at her church, Faith Covenant Church in Farmington Hills, MI. Those positions include: Vice Chairman, Deacon, and Financial Secretary. In addition, Susie has been the ultimate volunteer Mom for her children’s activities, including Cub Scout leader, pack leader, Girl Scout leader, neighborhood association officer and board member, and room-mom. Susie came to FRCS in 2006 as a substitute teacher and substitute secretary, and transitioned full time to the Athletic Department in 2010. Susie is married with three children, the youngest of whom, Maryn, is a student at FRCS. |
